Tag line of any public welfare government

The tag line 

                  In one of my previous political posts The high political drama in Maharashtra, I concluded in these words : " It must be realized that the State is for the benefit of the common people in large and not for the few who has to perform the managerial tasks . This must be the tag line of any public welfare government. Let us hope that they close the differences if there are any differences between them (few are denying this !) and let the State make progress towards the actual public welfare. "  In fact, everybody will agree that the people of the any state must be happy, they must get better facilities , education, services , employment and so on . It must be in actual practice and where it is, that state is making progress . The public welfare is the central point of any democratic thought.

The disease and the danger zone of democracy

                     So ,  it is the progress for the actual public of the state . All the paths of the development should go towards the public welfare , but sometimes few of them may get misdirected ! It is interesting to see where they lead to ! These roads goes to the welfare of the managerial staff i. e. the ministers and the blind followers in their close circle. On these roads , the rackets of corruption exists. Even at the lowest Gram panchayat level, the members of the Gram panchayat can become rich in less time and the common man stays where he was for years ! This trend is the real danger zone of democracy ! When this danger zone starts to show its implementation , the differences of opinions also start to come into the existence. When the greed increases , obviously the direction towards public welfare changes and it points to the self welfare of the men or women in power . This is the disease of the democracy and it prevails in every sector from Gram panchayat to the Central Government or in other words from galli to Delhi ! What they ( political people or the people in politics ) say does not necessarily mean that they mean it ! Even they take u turn from what they said ! They can even go further denying everything . They can deny their own words and the public believes in truth ! That is a great joke ! In actual practice, the untruth overcomes or shadows the truth , at least for some time . In many cases, the truth never gets the justice that it wants , particularly at the lowest level ! The people who campaign against something may be the people doing it most ! That is the second , hided face of them , which the common man does not understand for many years or perhaps never ! In reality , everything seems to be different for the public at large ! The public remains guessing where its development is ! Generally it takes at least five years to know where were we and where are we !

The mischievous and the dirty tricks !

                    Actually we are talking about the differences of opinions in the minds of the ( I don't call them rulers ) managers of the State . Yes, to speak about Maharashtra , there are obvious differences . That is quite natural when three parties are working with each other. But when the aim is to give a stable government and a public welfare , then there should never be compromise to the aim. Every party must stand hand in hand for the public development and must share every responsibility together . The differences must be overcome within a certain limit of time and actions must be taken to that effect. Afterall , they have to give the confidence to the people of the State. So these managers don't have any option . But, there are unsatisfied people . The smart opposition is always expected to behave to a certain standards . In practice, sometimes it becomes mischievous and plays the dirty tricks ! It gives air to the differences in the managerial ministers ! It looks like that there is every open possibility of this in Maharashtra !  This means that we are not thinking of pubic welfare of the State and we also don't think much of democracy ! This is worst and must be stopped immediately as it shows our standards to the world !
